How to apply for a refund or return:
If you feel that the product you’ve purchased does not meet the requirements you have in mind, then you do have the option to request a replacement or a refund within 14 days. Below are the conditions under which a replacement or refund will be granted. You will get a replacement/refund:
- If the product you purchased is non-functional.
- If you did not receive your product within 40 business days after the date you placed your order.
*Please Note: In case of replacing a non-functional or low-quality product there is no need to send us this product back. We will simply send you the new one free of charge.

2) You have a damaged item or low-quality
If your product is defective or does not work properly, please kindly let us know within 14 days. For the fastest resolution, please contact us via contact@slim-cup-matcha.com including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We’ll send you a replacement as soon as we confirmed the situation, no need to return damaged or low-quality products.
